Hello from all of us. It has been a busy spring for all of us at Chipley Chiropractic.
First and most important, all of our great patients need to be aware that Dr. McMillen has moved her practice. She has been a part of our great team of Beckley chiropractors since 2002. In 2007 she took over the day-to-day management of Advanced Chiropractic located in Cranberry Creek Plaza between Kohl’s and Food-Lion at 1034 Eisenhower Drive.
Dr. McMillen has done such a great job in such a little space that it was time to find her a permanent home of her own with a little more space. In early May, she officially moved her practice to 1555 Harper Road. She has a fantastic new location next to the Veteran’s Museum and the Health Department. Her new office is just down the road from Med Express and Raleigh General Hospital.
The new office is a converted 2 story brown house with a big sign out front and parking in the rear. She has gained more room, hardwood floors, nice windows and a great location.
With her new location she helps Dr. Wardlow, Dr. McMillen, and me to offer greater services to all of the Beckley WV area. Now our friends and patients can find us on Harper Road, Eisenhower Drive, or up town on North Kanawha St.
On a side note… many people asked why we had to close Dr. Wardlow’s office for a day earlier this week. A water main broke that went through his ceiling and he had between 1 and 3 inches of standing water in his office when he showed up to work! Luckily the people at ServePro were quick to come over and help us to get all the water out so that he was back to business as usual by today.
We've even been redoing our web presence of Chipley Chiropractic. Check out our totally revamped website at http://WhiplashPro.comAnd ofcourse you can get to any of our blog articles at http://jchipley.com
Many of you are also aware that my wife, Diana, and I own the Lost Parrot on Neville St. We just wanted to thank all of you for your support. In late April we had a project graduation fundraiser where we successfully raised almost $1000. Then, Hayden & Hart, the two Drs Eckley and DJs Cami and Jesse of Southern Communication all helped us to raise almost $1400 for Celebrity Night in early May. That money was for the United Way and the Womens Resource Center. Just a a couple weeks later we turned right around and helped to raise $500 for the Southern WV Hospice House. Then over Memorial Day Weekend we raised $3500 at our second annual Parrot Palooza. That is about $6,400 for charity over the past 2 months. Thanks to all who helped!
If my partners or I can ever be of service to you for any issues of back pain, neck pain or headaches, feel free to set up an appointment to come see us. We love helping people regain the ability to perform their normal daily activities pain free.
Thanks to you all, and if you like our blog, tell your friends.
